Smudging Kit

For those who don’t know, smudging is defined as energetically cleansing a place or person with sacred smoke. Dried sage, palo santo, sweet grass or other dried herbs and flowers are set on fire and then extinguished using the smoking embers in the ritual. I have designed items with my Healing Heart painting for those who practice this personally or as a business in the traditional manner. Not all of my products are shown here, but there are links below. Please note that it is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT never to leave your smudge stick unattended and to make sure it has completely extinguished when done. Some suggestions are to store in a glass jar with a lid, a clean covered ceramic dish, wrap the smoldering end in a damp cloth or run under water or spritz with water to prevent a flare up.
